Returns & Exchange Policy

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. You can choose a refund, credit or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is significantly different from the sample or description (embellishments may vary from those in the     photos due to availability as we readily source one off and unique items to adorn our products)
• isn’t what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If for any reason you are unhappy with any of the items received, Poppy & Rose will happily exchange or issue a credit for the purchase price (Postage costs are not refundable unless the item is deemed faulty by Poppy & Rose).

Items need to be returned, at customer’s expense, in original condition-  unworn and unwashed. Poppy & Rose will not be held responsible for return items going astray in the mail, so registered post is highly recommended.

Poppy & Rose takes great care in packaging your order so that it arrives to you in perfect condition and requests the same care be taken with returns. Poppy & Rose will not be held responsible for any damage incurred to returns whilst in the care of Australia Post.

Please notify Poppy & Rose within 14 days of receipt should you wish to make a return. All returns are to be pre- approved by Poppy & Rose. Please clearly display your name on the returning package.

Poppy & Rose reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.

Items purchased on sale are not covered by our Returns and Exchange Policy unless deemed faulty.

Please note exchanges will be charged an additional delivery fee.

Please contact us to arrange exchange or return of goods.

In the rare event that a fault or damage to your purchase is overlooked during dispatch, Poppy & Rose will happily exchange your purchase,  issue a refund or store credit (including postage costs) providing it is returned in original condition – and is unworn and unwashed. Please notify Poppy & Rose within 14 days of purchase should your items be damaged or otherwise faulty.

In the case that you change your mind, and you no longer wish to proceed with your order, then you will be issued with a store credit.

Custom Tutu Order Cancellation Policy

Should you choose a custom made product, ie full length tutu made to custom measurements, and you cancel your order, then you will be issued with a store credit.

Custom made tutus that are completed and delivered, will not be refunded or exchanged, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Rush Orders

There is a currently an approximate 6 week waiting period with all Poppy & Rose orders. If you request a rush order or last minute order, and I can accommodate you, then there will be an additional $10 fee for standard length tutus and $20 for full length tutus.

Waiting Time

The waiting period for your tutu, specified on our website,  is an approximate time frame only, and may be result in a shorter or longer wait time than stated (unless you have specified a required date). Refunds will NOT be issued in the event that the waiting period exceeds 6 weeks. We will, however, issue you with a $20 gift voucher if we exceed this time period, to thank you for your patience. If you choose to cancel your order, a store credit will be issued.
