Made from gorgeous cream flocked tulle. Handmade with love with layers and layers of hand cut and hand tied tulle strips. Elastic waistband. Hand singed chiffon flower with pearls & creme ribbons.

All Poppy & Rose tutus are made with over 100 metres of the softest tulle. They are super fluffy and super fun to wear.

Team with a pretty singlet and jiffies or with a denim jacket and hi-top sneakers – Poppy & Rose tutus can be worn sweet or street…you choose the look!
